If you have the time to plan but will love some professional guidance, our Wedding Month Management service is designed for you. If you do not have the time (or just rather not to have to deal with stress and overwhelm that planning comes with), our Full Wedding Planning service is for you.

As the guest(s) of honour, you deserve to enjoy every moment of your day, and the days leading up to it! With us by your side, you’ll be able to do just that as we take over all the heavy-lifting and coordination on the day with both of these services.

One-on-One Wedding Planning Consultation

A virtual 2 hour session with us where you get guidance on planning your wedding. We discuss what's important to you and answer all your questions including addressing your what if scenarios. We flesh out a budget, provide a list of possible vendors and specific next steps for you to take so you can plan without the overwhelm.

Along with a follow up call, you also get:
A Step by Step Planning Guide, Planning Checklist, Budget Template, Wedding Timeline Template, Wedding Day Checklist.

At the end of our sesison, you will have a blueprint to plan your wedding on your own!

Intimate Wedding Special

If you rather spend on details of your wedding and have a more intimate setting, this is definitely the service for you. INCLUDES:

Decor - seating, signing table, backdrop, set up and breakdown
Photography - 3 to 4 hours
Coordination - assistance with sourcing additional vendors as needed, coordinate flow of programme, vendor management
Add ons available - videography, streaming, cocktails, hors d'ouvres, cake, minister.

Duration of wedding: up to 4 hours

Wedding Month Management

More popularly known as "on the day coordination", this is for the bride and groom who have no problem planning their wedding on their own, but will love some guidance through the process. You also want to ensure you have someone to hand everything over to so you can really focus on each other and enjoy the lead up to the day, from a few weeks away. This package is for you!

Includes:

Service one month before the wedding, taking over communication with vendors.
Assistance with last minute details & problem solving
One initial couple meeting/consultation & another 6 weeks before the wedding - in person / virtual.
Unlimited support/advice via emails/phone from the time booking is confirmed
Referrals to vendors still needing to be booked
Review of final vendor agreements/invoices so we understand what is required of all your vendors
One (1) Site visit to ceremony/reception venue including assistance with venue layout and logistics
Ceremony rehearsal for 1 hour
Provision of a wedding day timeline/schedule (arrival, set up, breakdown times, programme flow etc)
Oversee ceremony/reception set up & breakdown
Coordinate flow of schedule/programme.
Vendor management including distrubuting final payments on the day
Problem solving and keeping you as stress free as possible

Full Wedding Planning

You're the bride and groom that know what you want (at least for the most part), but time is not on your side to get it all done. Or, you're just not interested in the work and stress that comes with the planning a wedding. You also might be the couple planning your destination wedding to Trinidad/Tobago and it's going to be difficult to manage things from far. Yup, this service is for you!

Includes:

Initial face to face couple meeting/consultation to discuss all your plans.
Consultations in lead up to wedding day - unlimited access via phone & email, face to face consultations as needed including virtual chats.
Assistance with theme & design concept (invitations, cake, decor etc)
Recommendation, booking & management of all vendors (including meeting with vendors and coordination of payment schedules)
Budget management (including development and tracking)
Site visits to ceremony/reception venue including development of venue layout.

For your birthday, anniversary or any other private special event where you have planned (mostly) everything and you need someone to oversee it all on the day to ensure it all comes together smoothly. This will allow you to relax as the host or guest(s) of honour and enjoy the event with your guests.

A 1 hour booking consultation to provide you with some guidance in planning.
One (1) meeting/consultation prior to the event to go through all your plans
Support/guidance via phone/email during your planning
Vendor Referrals
Review of vendor agreements so we understand what is required of all your vendors
Site visit(s) to event venue including assistance with final venue layout and logistics
Provision of an event day timeline
Coordinate flow of the event day's programme
Facilitating vendor payments needing to be made on the day.
Problem solving on the day
Keeping you as stress free as possible
